- The fees include attending the conference and two workshops, the conference bag, hotel accommodation for four nights, full meals, attending the conference in Assiut and Luxor, and transportation from Assiut Airport to Assiut Hotels and from Luxur to Luxor Airport.

From within Egypt
-(2500) Egyptian pounds, and the fees include attending the conference in Assiut and Luxor, which include two workshops, the conference bag, hotel accommodation for four nights, and full meals.
-(500) Egyptian pounds, to take part in the workshops in Assiut only, and this does not include accommodation.
