Who requires a UAE entry VISA?
Participants from nationalities other than the listed below must obtain a UAE entry VISA before they travel:
Australia, Andorra, Austria, Brunei, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, The Vatican.
Participants who have residency in a GCC country are allowed to enter UAE without having a VISA.
Documents required for entry VISA

The organizing committee will submit the documents to the authorities to issue visas for all conference participants. The following documents are required:
1. A scanned copy of your passport (it must be valid for at least 6 months).
2. A scanned passport-size photograph, with white background.
3. Scanned copy of your highest certificate (Doctorate, Master, Bachelor, etc.)

** Please be informed that the role of the organizing committee is limited to application submission only. Visa Approval / Rejection is under the sole discretion of UAE immigration authorities.
